Entering other programs
Besides their GLOBALG.A.P. certification many producers hold certificates of other programs.
It is possible to register this additional information in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database. Producers have to inform their certification body that they wish to register this information in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database. The certification Body can also upload a document (audit report, certification document, corrective actions report, non-conformity report or other documents) in several document formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, PPT). The information will be visible to all companies with the role “market participant”(e.g. retailers, suppliers and participants of the supply chain).
Entering of the other programs' certificates is similar to the IFA certification.
Please go to Manage products and select in the standard tree Other programs:
Please click on the green plus sign on the left of Other programs
the drop down menu with the list of the other programs will appear. At the moment these are the following below:

New programs can be added upon request.
adding the program works the same way as adding the products. Please choose the program in the drop down menu + the version and add the employees (voluntary entry).
As soon as these steps are completed, please click on Execute Manage products and confirm with Yes.
The next step would be to accept the program, please follow the isntructions in Accept products.
The last step would be to certify the program. You need to enter the produce handling, harvest value and the auditor (the same process as for IFA).
Sure, all these steps can be managed via a product upload sheet. Every program has its own product ID and can be found in the product ID list in the product upload.
Under Checklists >> Checklist upload the certification body may also upload a document (audit report, certification document, corrective actions report, non-conformity report or other documents) in several document formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, PPT). Please choose Other programs in the Schemestandard drop down menu to do so.
