QS recognition

This chapter describes how to manage a producer for recognition by QS. The aim of this recognition is to enable the producers to supply the QS system.

How shall this be carried out?

The producer and the certificate data of producers with GLOBALG.A.P. and QS-GAP certificates has to be made transparent to QS by the responsible Certification Body. Furthermore, the Coordinator/ Bündler who is responsible for a product of a producer, can voluntarily be entered into the GLOBALG.A.P. Database.

The recognition is always made in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database per product via the new standard “Producer seeking QS Recognition”. To get approved for this standard, please contact the CB-Administration Team. After these steps are taken the “Producer seeking QS Recognition” standard will be available for the Certification Body in Manage Products.

You are now able to add products to this standard with the scheme "QS Recognition 1.0" (Scheme ID: 127). Quantities do not have to be entered. To communicate to QS, which Coordinator/ Bündler is responsible for a product of a producer, you may enter the Coordinator/ Bündler ID, which is a 13 digit number and can be entered at any time as an attribute into the GLOBALG.A.P. Database, if the icon ‎ Attributes.jpg is selected.

After adding the products in Manage Products (the same as for IFA or QS-GAP), please accept them for the recognition to be enabled. As the scheme “QS Recognition 1.0” is free of charge, no registration fee will be triggered. A certification is not applicable within this scheme standard.

As soon as the product is accepted, the product certificate data (IFA, CoC etc.) and the company data will be visible to QS. Furthermore, the Coordinator/ Bündler ID will be forwarded to QS if it has been entered for the product. QS can access this information during the product acceptance cycle under the scheme version "QS Recognition 1.0". Certificates with another scheme standard issued after the acceptance of the product with "QS Recognition 1.0" are not automatically transparent to QS. If they should be made visible and accessible for QS, please contact the GLOBALG.A.P. Customer Support Team.

Albert Heijn Protocol for residues

This chapter describes how to manage a producer for the Standard Albert Heijn Protocol for residues. To be able to maintain this Standard, please get in contact with the CB-Administration Team for approval. The Standard can be managed by Certification Bodies which are registered in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database. The Standard Albert Heijn Protocol for residues is available for Option 1 and 2.

For content related questions please email Bakker Barendrecht directly as GLOBALG.A.P. only acts as a service provider to maintain this Standard in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database. For questions regarding operation please contact the Customer Support Team. After having completed the approval procedure, the 'Albert Heijn Protocol for residues' (Scheme ID: 109) standard will be available for the company in 'Manage Products'. The product verification process is similar to the one in the IFA Standards except for the following points described below.

The level of MRL exceedance

In the 'Albert Heijn Protocol for residues' standard the level of MRL exceedance for a product of a producer can be documented. To document this please go to 'Affiliation', 'Manage Products' and select the producer. Then select the attributes screen as shown in the screenshot for the relevant product and cycle:

Here you can select the level of MRL exceedance for this product of the producer :

Please make sure to accept your selection and save this setting in the Manage Products overview afterwards. The level of MRL exceedance can be changed at any time.

Visibility of the standard

The visibility of this standard is limited to companies that are members of the data access group 'AHP Protocol - Observer'. Members of this group are managed by GLOBALG.A.P on the behalf of Bakker Barendrecht. The Search shows the level of suspicion to users included in the data access group 'AHP Protocol - Observer'.
