Modification of existing cycles

This chapter explains the modification of existing cycles in the database. In order to modify any data of active cycles in the database the role CB-Committee-Modification has to be assigned to the CB employee in Masterdata. The role can be assigned by the CB-Executive only to employees that already have the role CB-Committee.

Acceptance Modification

The Acceptance Modification is to find in “Affiliation > Acceptance > Acceptance Modification”.

In Acceptance Modification a producer/GGN has to be selected. In this menu you can change several data, e.g. the Date of Acceptance (see fig. above, further information in Accept products and Glossary) or the scheme version within the same scheme group (e.g. IFA 3.1 to IFA 4.0).

You can also change the CB/PG value under the following conditions:

Option 1 producer with accepted product: Change CB/PG value from the Certfication Body to the producer group.

Please note that you cannot change Trustee-Certification Bdoy, this would be a producer transfer, which is described in Transfer.

After entering the desired dates the changes have to be confirmed by clicking on “Execute Modification Acceptance”. For Acceptance Modification the checkbox cannot be marked. A short summary of the amendments will be displayed and should be confirmed as well to execute the changes. Please, note that a de-acceptance can only be done by FoodPLUS. For de-acceptance please contact customer support.

Warning: All changes are executed immediately and may affect the Invoicing.

Certification Modification

The Certification modification is to find in Certification > Certification Modification. It allows modification of all data that is entered during the certification, in detail:

• Date of Certification Decision (see Glossary)

• Produce Handling

• Harvest

• Auditor (CB-Auditor / CB-Inspector)

• Date of Audit (see Glossary)

• Valid to date (see Glossary)

Please note: Only changes of product data will be saved, where the checkbox for current cycle has been marked

After modification the changes have to be confirmed by clicking on . A short summary of the entered changes will be displayed and should be confirmed as well to execute the changes. Modification of a valid to date can be used to end or shorten a certification.

Warning: All changes are executed immediately and may affect the Invoicing.
